Aisling Howley, founder of Little Paper Mill

Hi, I’m Aisling, founder of Little Paper Mill.

I have had a love of paper since I was a little girl, playing swops with my fancy paper.

I went on to study fine art in NCAD, and when I graduated, I worked in the print industry and taught art. Starting Little Paper Mill was a natural next step. I have little workshop in Skerries north Co. Dublin where I work on my cards.

All cards are designed, printed and finished in Dublin.

I make three different types of cards:

Craft

This our main card line, and my favourite!

All cards are hand finished with button or bow. Printed on 300gsm uncoated card with a brown ribbed Kraft envelope, packed in a compostable bio-degradable plastic (corn starch).

Irish

All Irish greeting cards have a translation on the back of the card. Printed on 300gsm uncoated card with a brown ribbed Kraft envelope, packed in a compostable bio-degradable plastic (corn starch).

Print

Printed flat (with no embellishment) on 300gsm uncoated card with a brown ribbed Kraft envelope, packed in a compostable bio-degradable plastic (corn starch).

All cards are made with FSC certified Paper.
